  2022 CANT SAY THIS ENOUGH Lefadio Taylor at this branch is excellent to work with, always professional, always on it, rarely ever has any issues when working with him and if any issues arise he has the know how to fix them on spot. He is absolutely the saving grace at this bank. Hopefully he moves on to run a branch or moves to a better corporation. Have been working with him since 2015 as he was who opened my account. 2021 Suntrust Corperate and Branch This bank was not like this years ago when i joined. Staff was friendly and always helpful. As the years have gone, the quality and skill of this corporations has gone down increasingly over time. Corperate is not willing to help fix issues as they arise. ATM! WARNING. The ATM may or may not work and are operated by 3rd party. I deposited 2,015$ and the ATM broke while counting the money. Do not deposit cash after hours, it took 2 weeks or 10 business days to receive a credit that may or may not be approved after further “investigation.” This system should he seamless and should not be at fault to the customer if and when issues arise. Update: The branch manager at this location has jumped in to make sure that we are being taken care of and has saved the day. Hopefully this branch starts to get everything in order.

  The ATM at this branch is rarely fully functional. I do not understand, with today's technology, how a financial institution cannot maintain their ATMs. There really is no good excuse that SunTrust/Truist can pull out of the air. The only explanations are incompetence or just a general lack of concern for customers. Y'all need to just close up shop and let a bank that will take care of its customers move into the building. You simply don't deserve to be in business. I guess the best solution for me is to move my money somewhere else, as much of a pain as that will be.

  They do not care about customers. Will never do business with them again. Tried to give them another opportunity even after reading all of the other negative reviews.

  Service is awful, even before COVID. Waited in drive thru 40 minutes Today to deposit a check. They took 15 minutes for one car transaction which is unacceptable. Always have a 20+ minute wait. When Lobby was open, ALWAYS a long line. Thinking I might need to move all my accounts to First South. Had account at Suntrust for 30 years and have never been treated so poorly. RidgewAy branch in Memphis is great but I am not in office during virus so I have to subject myself to the Bartlett branch. This is not who I want managing my accounts.

  This is the slowest bank I’ve ever had to go to. I’m cashing my company check that does banking with them. They still charge me $7 to cash it!!!! That’s ridiculous! I hate having to come here when the direct deposit is messed up at my company. I’ve sat here for 30 minutes and the line has only moved two cars.

  This Branch is getting very slow! Was in drive line today for a 30 minutes with one lane open and two people in front and never moved. The person in front and myself had to leave and the person at the tube was never helped in 30 minutes. The changes Suntrust made to this Branch have been detrimental when they used to have really good service at this location. Senior management needs to intervene and get this corrected.

  Worst Bank Ever. They closed my account , and not telling me why Instead Of bringing things to my attention. And They Have Been Holding My Funds for 3 weeks now! And is not trying to send me my funds!

  There's only one person that has good customer service & she's a white girl with brown hair, but she's just a teller. All the other people have stuck up attitudes and treat you as if you're not worth their business. Because of the people at this location I'm currently seeking a different place for my business banking. I've been with Suntrust for almost 10 years and it's now time for a change. Now they STOLE money from me and think they can just apologize for their employees ignorance to make it okay. Suntrust employee says my first check order is free. I call to get the charge removed from my account and am told "sorry for someone misinforming you." I'm seriously about to stand in front of this bank and offer every single customer $300 to close their Suntrust account. It'll probably be cheaper than the amount that Suntrust has STOLEN from my business!!!

  I was faithfully going to this bank once a week and at first customer service was great. It is absolutely horrible at this point! Today was the last straw. I am contacting the branch president. I stood in line for 15 minutes along with 6 other customers and the tellers were busy attending to a customer ON THE TELEPHONE!!! I am not unreasonable and it really wasn't the fact that they were busy with the customer on the phone but more so they said ABSOLUTELY nothing to the customers in front of their faces!!!! We all had on badges so clearly we were on our lunch breaks. NEVER AGAIN! We all left without being serviced!!!!
