      We received a PPP Loan. Bank of America automatically created a separate account for the funds. They were used in accordance to the SBA guidelines for payroll. This helped a lot! What did we notice on the account today??? A 13.00 maintenance fee. Of course! Greedy bank with slimy tactics finding a way to make more money during crisis. This will be tweeted to the CEO. Please pass on if you've experienced the same.

      Great branch. Friendly and knowledgeable. I like the comment about trying to cash a check signed over to him. Not what banks are founded on. Needs to do some research.

      I was unable to deposit a check that had been signed over to me. Isn’t this one of fundamental purposes banks were founded for?? To further frustrate, I was told some arbitrary amount (“like $100”) that could be signed over to me, but certainly not the amount on this cashiers check to deposit.

      The staff here are very helpful. It would be nice if one branch, in town, would be open for a couple hours on Saturday.

      Slow, tellers dont want to help. Been the same way for the past 10 years. BofA on 3rd St is a better bet for good service.

      A couple of steps above banking at Chase. Way better than Wells Fargo but still a corporate bank

      Staff are great ! Location is horrible ! No parking ever and mostly because people going downtown park in the parking lot and there is nobody there to police the parking lot for patron's .
