  Our overall my experience of working with Brian during the course of obtaining a construction loan for our new home was excellent! Brian was great to work with and was easy to get hold of when I had questions. Our loan was completed on time with no run arounds or delays. I couldn't have asked for a better Loan Officer to work with!

  Brian made getting financed for a home loan pain free. All documents prior to closing were able to be electronically signed through an online portal. There were no extra trips, no scanning, no faxing! Brian was completely on top of the whole process and got the funds approved well before closing. I highly recommend Brian Smith!

  Given the current real estate market buying a home in Oregon while living in another State was a massive challenge! After locating the right place finding a mortgage was the next big challenge. I went through SEVERAL different Banks and third party vendors before being referred to Brian. The referral basically told me "Brian gets stuff done no one else can do, he is uber professional and knows what has to happen to get the results you need". Well, I was a little hesitant given all the "no" answers I had already been told. WOW! Brian did was he said he could do from the very first call. I would highly recommend him, honest, straightforward and clear in his questions, directions and promises. A 5 STAR review is warranted!

  Brian was super responsive and attentive. Even our real estate agent was impressed! He got the job done and our conventional loan closed on our new (to us) home in plenty of time, even with one of us out of state on our closing date.   Brian was great to work with. Great communication and helpful answers the whole way through. Felt like I was in the loop the entire time, rather than just updated once every couple weeks. We closed earlier than we expected and there were no surprises on the final paperwork. Would absolutely use Brian again and will point anyone in his direction.
