  Banked here for years and couldn't be happier! From taking my name and promising to call back with an answer (then doing so in minutes!), to walking us through a tricky home mortgage, to following up repeatedly until an issue with an online vendor was resolved (NOT OnPoint's fault), to being genuinely great people always happy to see you walk in the door, one of the nicest companies I've ever worked with.

  Noticed a fraudulent check cashed while out of town in Bend. Came to this location and Vanessa helped us. We had talked to someone on the phone prior to coming into the store and he didn’t have any knowledge or answers about how a forged check would be handled. Vanessa was amazing!!!! The best customer service I have had at any bank. She was very informative and communicative, even once we left the bank, and got us our money back quickly. Definitely made us OnPoint customers for life!

  Very happy with the service I received at OnPoint! I was able to open a new account as a walk-in within 30 minutes and their staff went above and beyond to help me. Big thanks to Kim for being so friendly and professional!

  This bank has a nice personal feel to it. I rarely have to wait in line and Most of the time I can take care of my banking business right at the ATM. Also, they have a coin counting machine that is free of any usage fees as long as your a member! Only drawback is the lack of branches and branch specific ATM's.

  This place has a coin counter and they don't charge you a fee like some other banks. I'm really happy with my decision to bank with OnPoint. Always friendly tellers, Hannah is great!

  Have to call Portland to get connected to my local branch. If this is not carrying coal to Newcastle, or taking the long way around I don't know what is?. On the other hand love the staff at all the local branches, and this issue is no way a reflection of the staff members
