Wells Fargo Bank Reviews

томик Коллинз1Worst banking experience I’ve ever had. It’s impossible to get help there. They only ever have one banker working, middle aged guy who likes to recline in his chair and eat snacks off of his swelling belly, and he apparently is never available even though I can see him mindlessly scrolling through Facebook in his cubicle. Must have taught him well at Texas tech. Anyway, just decided to move my personal and business banking to a credit union. I have tried to call this location in downtown bend at least a dozen time over the last month and I have never gotten an answer or a call back. Some banks have bad customer service, this bank has zero customer service. OnPoint is walking distance away I would recommend taking your business there.
Response from the ownerThis is not the customer experience we strive for, and I’d like to take a closer look into what happened. At your convenience, send an email to [email protected] with your full name, phone number, and address (no account numbers). Kelley Cox1Giving it one stars because I can't give them zero. I have been a Wells Fargo customer for 13 years and have kept using them because I travel a lot and have had great customer service all across the country. The Wells Fargo's here in Bend are the rudest, least helpful bankers I have ever experienced. I went to deposit a check here, the manager wasn't sure what to do so he ASKED A CUSTOMER IN LINE if he could cash this check. They were too busy chatting to even bother to help me, and told me I was out of luck. I took the check to Bank of the Cascades and they deposited it without any issues. The next time I step foot in a Wells Fargo will be to cancel my account.

Nicholas Reid RN, BSN5Matt, one of the mortgage brokers, is awesome! He gave me his time, even though I was going through the Wells Fargo national banking center for my refinance, to advise me on whether the loan package that had been set up by another broker was a decent package. I was incredibly impressed with his service and demeanor, industry knowledge, and willingness to help for no gain whatsoever. As well, speaking to another review here about this branch, I've had REALLY excellent and quick service in the branch. They allow my dogs to come in with me, give them treats, and are always willing to lend a hand when I'm overwhelmed with 2 dogs and a toddler! Not to mention hot coffee and snacks. What could be better?

Peter Coughlin1This branch knowingly contracts with a local tow company that enacts predatory towing practices by paying a guy in a gold Toyota Camry to sit in their lot to look for suspecting vehicles parked by people who are not customers of @WellsFargo downtown Bend. Even if I had gone into the bank to apply for a home loan which would have taken 2 hours or more they still would of towed my vehicle because they are trying to make quick cash on people with nice cars who they think were there for “too long” even though the sign doesn’t post a time limit. Downtown WAS NOT busy at the time and there were at least 6 open spots when I pulled in and more than 10 open spots when I went back to get in my truck. Sean the owner of the tow company was in the lot in his truck with another car loaded on already with open spots everywhere - he told me where to pick up my truck but never gave me a rate card or told me cash only. $265 to get my truck back - BTW MY DOG WAS IN THE TRUCK THE ENTIRE TIME Was a customer of Wells Fargo for 14 years NEVER AGAIN

Max R1How many accounts did they scam me into opening? 3 checking and 3 savings accounts at one point. Why? To steal money. Shameful business practices, poor customer service, worthless banking products, outrageous fees. Wells Fargo really has no redeeming qualities. After 10 very unsatisfied years I will be closing my account.

William Stewart1Parked in the WFB lot as I normally do to use the ATM. Walked around the block and then into the lobby ATM and returned to find my truck was towed. The tow receipt shows I parked at 5:10PM and was towed at 5:45PM and I am a WFB customer for over 30yrs and actually transacted that day in the lobby ATM. This is beyond predatory. frankly stupid, and a horrible way to treat a customer. No wonder why the Fed is investigating WFB given all the bank's scandals the past couple years. I am pulling all my accounts from WFB.

Donna Davis3My experience was more similar to Lori Brown's. The Wall St. branch is probably very busy; however, even with an appointment, I waited and no one asked if I had been helped... the person with whom I had the appointment hadn't noted my name nor time and had gone to lunch. Finally, I stopped someone walking by who could help me. Perhaps they're understaffed but I felt invisible and, unfortunately, it's not the first time. :o(

kierstynn snyder5I always have the best experience when I go in to talk to my banker about my account and I always leave happy. All of my questions are answered on the spot and I'm really glad I chose to bank with Wells Fargo and this location is my favorite, every employ is kind and helpful!

Jackie Nonweiler2This particular Wells Fargo branch lacks quality customer service. Tellers are curt, rude and frankly have made my bank experience entirely frustrating (and slow) several times. I have since taken my banking elsewhere.

Steven Webb1This branch fraudulently opened a business credit card when I explicitly said I didn't want one in 2015. One year later, I have a surprise bill for an annual fee and a other fees for a product I never wanted or agreed to. The business banking lady that set this up should be fired.
