  This review is for this location and bank of America as a whole. All local branches like this one are closed and I have to drive two cities away to get any help. I've tried to use their app and call center, neither were able to solve my problem without me having to go to a physical location, and of course none are open. Very disappointed and I am probably switching banks

  Still closed. No nearby BOAs open. I need a check to pay for car repairs. But I need a car to get to the nearest BOA. Phone service is awful.

  Today I needed to get a routing number from the bank - it was not the same one printed on our checks and the person initiating the fund transfer told me I'd have to get it directly from the bank. It was around 2 pm. I went online, found the information for the Belmont/Carlmont branch and called the telephone number given there. I got a recording and worked my way through until the phone was supposedly ringing in the branch, so I waited for someone to answer. No one did so the recording came on telling me what I already knew, no one was answering. So I tried the same process again with the same result. SInce I apparently had no choice but to get the number from the bank, I got in the car and drove to the branch. When I arrived, there were 3 employees sitting in the loan/new account area having a casual conversation and one teller with one person and 2 more waiting in line. I got the attention of a loan/accounts person who gave me the number I was looking for. As I left, they resumed their conversation. I wonder if someone else, like me, was waiting for someone to answer the phone?

  Very friendly people, you will get free coffee and lollipops for your kid to greet every time you come, they have small play items for the kids to time pass. The banking services are good.

  Made an appointment and actually got to see someone without waiting! Pretty good service and experience compared to other BofA branches
