Guy Cappiccie1Came in here for a simple check deposit. Left with my accounts frozen because of a teller error. Took numerous phone calls (mostly unanswered) and 4 days to correct. Still dealing with recurring surcharges 5 months later. Go elsewhere! The US Bank down the road has been 10x's more helpful in dealing with this situation

Trying to put things in order, change accounts over, a teller by the name of "Lisa" threatened to call police on me because I said the office was unprofessional! The right hand doesn't know what the left is doing in this place. Nobody has answers, including the wealth management advisor who came off very rude, almost insinuating we were to dumb to understand. Went to San Carlos branch and they took care of everything, no problems!! STAY AWAY FROM BELMONT BRANCH!
