  This was my first time getting my taxes prepared at H&R Block so I was very nervous about my appointment plus I was having a bad day. When I sat down I realized I forgot an important document and after 10 minutes I was able to email them to Bhavna and she still managed to finish preparing my taxes in under 45 minutes, I was blown away on top of that she maximized my refund was professional and knowledgable and they have a screen sitting next to you so you can see what they are doing and that's transparency at its best! I came in having a bad day and left with my day ending well! I would recommend anyone!
