  On July 30 in the three o’clock hour, I came in and got in the short line. A banker by the name of Sam looked at me and then turned away. No biggie I thought he will eventually say hi, but nope he looked right and walked to his desk without a word. The teller who helped me deserves 5 stars. He welcomed me and quickly took care of my deposit. I think Chase will be my permanent bank, because their employees are professional and polite.

  What the heck gives???? Belmont branch is closed without notice on a weekday afternoon. Hillsdale branch is closed without notice on a weekday afternoon. What is up? At least have a note on the door... But nothing's there. I've had an accout since my paper route in the 1970s. Please tell your customers where we can get service, TODAY. Because I can assure you your competitors are asking me for my business every day.

  I would have given zero star if I could. Absolutely terrible service. Stay away from the personal banker Kourosh Bagheri and service manager Sawathy Tutop!!! They are not helpful and rude. I’ve been banking with Wells Fargo for over 20 years and I’m so sad to see that Wells service has been going downhill compared with their peers and Chase just opened an office in Belmont which has way better service.

  As a Wells Fargo customer for several years I've been able to get forms notarized at no charge in multiple states. This branch does not provide that service and I had to pay $60 to notarize 4 signatures at UPS. It is absurd that a branch does not have a notary available.

  wells fargo bank excessive service and interest charges are unfair all the employees only think about selling you more services that generate more money for the bank only to get u farther in debt. Then they do there best to deny any help with your financial situation
