  I should have given a lower rate for never having enough tellers on Thursday & Friday afternoons. They did away with the drive through which I think adds volume inside that is not staffed right. Also they never seem to have a any new bills. They give out bills that should have been destroyed years ago. Tellers are good though

  Signed up for a new account today after moving from out of state. Jesse jones made everything simple and quick. He answered all my questions and even showed me how I can make my banking easier and more convenient. Thank you so much :)

  Easily the most frustrating bank anywhere in the United States but I tried to do business. They cannot seem to handle simple transaction such as depositing money in an account. I tried this now several times and it seems to be the only branch of any bank I've ever gone to the cannot complete the transaction.

  Worst Bank of America anywhere. Particularly the manager. I was down in Carolina Beach after the Hurricane and all I got from them was attitude. Do yourself a favor and go to a different branch or better still change banks entirely.

  Since when did banks stop counting change? Wouldn't let me deposit loose change into my account, which I received as payment from a job, unless I counted it and put it in rolls for them!! So confused as to when back tellers stopped having to count money...

  Use to bank there a long time ago. Very pleased. Customer service was impeckable.

  Really!? You close at 4pm?? Why not just close all the branches since you seem to be forcing us to use online banking anyway 🤬🤷‍♀️

  I'm very disappointed they discontinued drive thru. The least they could do is put the ATM in the drive thru now!!
