  I was introduced to Sam and Equity Prime Mortgage by a friend that Sam and his team helped in the past, to purchase her first home. We had a couple of Zoom meetings where Sam consulted us about the process. He took great time and care to explain to both me and my wife the entire process and all the options available. There were no hidden surprises. We were pleased by his level of knowledge, professionalism, calmness and competence. After our consultation, we felt totally at peace knowing that we were in the right hands and that he was on our side. After our two days consultation, we then introduced to his team, namely Jessica Jarvis, Betsaida Jarvis and others who worked tirelessly with us, to ensure that we submitted the correct documentation while helping us to stay cool with their beautiful and calming emails and phone calls. My experience with the entire team was phenomenal and I strongly encourage everyone looking for a mortgage broker to hire them. There were so many others from Sam’s team that worked tirelessly to make sure that we close on time. We are very grateful to all of them. During the process, we came to know some of them a little bit better and formed long lasting relationships with them. Thank you so much guys, for your professionalism and your help.
