  Land Title did an awesome job. I will 100% hire them again if I'm selling a property. We had some tricky stuff happening with my mortgage and HOA, and they worked through everything with me, were super responsive and on top of things. Their office is also super nice, everyone is professional, we got closing done in 15 minutes.

  As a real estate professional, I have used Land Title since 1999. As a real estate professional, Land Title has protected my broker’s license with their forward thinking on transactions. This is worth a million dollars to me. I have been in business for 41 years. For my Sellers, there is the very best title company in the Denver area for the protection of their largest asset, their home. They have protected me since 1999. The protection to clients is outstanding and most of all, the people of Land Title are kind and understanding to every body’s that work with!

  I have used Land Title for nearly 15 years both when I had my own Company and now with PorchLight. They are always ready to help whenever I need anything and are extremely flexible. If ever I have an issue it is taken care of seamlessly. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good, responsive Title Company.   This has to be the absolute worst title comapny in Denver. I have never had a smooth closing with them and they do not know how to even endorse a commission check. If you are about to deal with their terrible service, SWITCH NOW! You have been warned!

  news reporter needed to get the company to even call my call back. FRAUD FORGERY THAT THIS COMPANY THE COMMITTED FORGERY AND THIS WITE FRAUD YESTERDAY they called ME back after closing hours and after every bank was closed. thank goodness for amazing bankers! go with land title and risk wire fraud. seriously, forgery and fraud. say sorry- you do not treat any living being this way. never use them. WIRE FRAUD AND SECRETARY FORGERY.

  they made so many errors. refuse to communicate during and then have clients figure out companies problem. toné closer assistant Forged new account info and then the Closer committed wire fraud. they do not verify wires so if you want your tens of thousands of dollars when you sell you home go with literally any other title company.
