  Wow. What a horrible branch. I have never felt so disrespected in my life. Thankfully the Dearborn branch had me in and out in 5 minutes and offered me the customer service that this branch should have offered me to begin with. They need to hire nicer people and or just shut this one down completely.

  My debit card information was stolen and I needed a temporary card to access my funds. With nobody in line in front of me, I was told by the teller that she "couldn't guarantee my wait to get assistance would be less than 45 minutes, because one of the tellers is on break." Absolutely unacceptable, pathetic customer service. Will never step foot in this branch again.

  Came here for some assistance as I am moving home. Was serviced by Melissa and Ernesto. They were Super helpful and explained all the procedure really clearly to me . Thank you boa , Chicago.

  Came here for assistance about my account and they didnt help me and were rude so I had to do it online myself. I thought in person was the way to go but I learned my lesson. Waste of time.

  Slow as molasses ALL THE TIME. There are two reps greeting while one is pushing the teller line. Terrible use of man power.

  Only one teller are you kidding me? I suggest everyone should go to the mother branch otherwise you will encounter the longest wait ever.

  I've personally never experienced any problems at this location. I've worked down the street from here and frequently speak with the teller verses the atm.

  Disorganized and the longest wait. Use for ATM only. Go to a different branch if you need something more.

  Rude employees. Total attitude problems. If I didn’t really have to do what I needed to do at location only I would’ve left immediately.
