  I had an account opened for furniture in Sept 2018, when I got my first payment slip, I called the company and set up automatic payments from my checking account for the last day of every month. Jan '19, they took the payment out 2 days early, my bank rejected the payment. I called GAFCo the next day, and they did not show the payment rejected, a man by the name of Aaron told me to call back Monday. I called back Monday and he said the payment still did not show up as rejected. I called a few weeks later, still nothing, showing current. Called at the end of January and spoke to a female, she said the account was still current, I asked if the payments were set up for the last day of the month. She said they were for February, but the others were on various days. I asked her to move them to the last day of the month. She went month by month with me, verifying all of the payments. Fast forward to today, I get a call from Mr. Flores telling me my account is behind, and that my "zero interest for 12 months" has expired due to the rejected payment. I explained the situation and he told me the only way I could avoid the interest is to pay it in full today. I paid it off to be done with them. He noted that the payment didn't show rejected until 3/20 (a FULL 2 months later)!!! But this business is obviously set up to make people pay interest at any cost necessary. The zero interest for 12 months is a joke, and they WILL find a way for you to pay it. Buyer beware, I will NEVER do business with them again.

  Hi my name is Quincy...I am a black male. I am a very hard worker! I came in my first week fully prepared to work. I came in very presentable (dress pants, dress shoes...) and got funny stares from management. I shrugged it off. As the week continued... I was continously harassed and eventually provoked to leave. It was clear to me that they did not want me working their. Im a bit nerdy and kind of a push over. They took full advantage of that and bullied me into leaving. As an American...I felt unsafe to work here.

  I have had no problems with GAFCO. They have always answered the phone when I call and are very nice and helpful.

  Their website is horrible. All I wanted was the mailing address for payments so I could start paying early to assure I get it paid off before the interest kicks in. They don't show he mailing address, and they NEVER responded to my 5 requests via their Contact Us function. Why have it on your website if you never respond to requests?!? Also, they show my account as having interest charges, yet I have the 12 months same as cash.

  Absolute crooks! Andre and rosemary in the mitigation department are absolute liars and thieves. Called in months ago to make a settlement offer, was told it would take care of the balance and am continued to be harassed about a balance after I already paid what settlement agreement was offered! Worst company ever!

  I called to payoff my account prior to six months and the customer service call taker was horrible. I requested to speak with a manager and got a supervisor. When i informed the supervisor that i would like my concerns leveled up to a manager i was told that he's the acting manager. The guys cut me off because he wanted to get his poont across more than hearing what i had to say.

  This company is a fraud. I reported an account that was opened fraudulently in my name. They have done NOTHING to rectify the situation. I've filed a police report, provided all necessary documentation proving that I did not open this account. My credit score dropped 56 points. They claimed they would have it deleted but I have been given nothing but fake promises. I'm starting to wonder if they are part of the fraudulent network. Beware of this company!!!

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! I was supposed to have a set time to pay off my account interest free, but they charged interest from day one. I then tried to find out what was going on so I emailed 10 times with no response. I called 5 times with no resolve. Each time being told if I paid on time and paid it off early no interest would be charged. I was still charged interest.

  If I could give no stars I surely would!!! Called several times just to pay it off and they gave the wrong account number several times. Literally took 2 weeks just to pay a balance because they like to play. After this situation I will NEVER FINANCE AGAIN!!!
