  I couldn't recommend New York Jewelers enough! Their customer service was fantastic and the pricing was very fair. I worked with Sam who made the whole process very comfortable for me, a first-time jewelry buyer. They made sure I didn't feel rushed every time I came to the store, and they helped guide me along the way with some key decisions that made the final product very special. They were also responsive to emails and calls so I never felt forgotten about. Thank you again NY Jewelers team!

  The service, selection, pricing are all on point at New York Jewelers. On top of that they offer fantastic and very easy custom design services, they offer top dollar on trade ins, and have the ability to find pieces for you that may otherwise be difficult to get ahold of. Kabitha has been fantastic for all my needs related to jewelry and Kyle was incredible to work with on a recent watch purchase. NYJ has been around a long time and it is easy to see why. The environment is always comfortable and I have always left the store with a smile on my face. NYJ will always be my jeweler, even after I move out of state I will fly back for all future purchases, but that may not be necessary since they have proven they can facilitate even custom designed pieces over the phone.

  I have purchased a number of watches from NYJ and each time they have been excellent in every aspect. If you find yourself in the store, ask for Tony. He is extremely knowledgeable and can answer any questions that you may have when selecting your watch.

  New York jewelers is a great place for watch shopping. I’ve shopped here twice, looking for watches for my husband. Tony in the watch department is always incredibly helpful, informative, and never too pushy. I don’t know much about watches, so Tony was patient in explaining different brands, styles, and options at a range of prices.

  I was in town last week on vacation and stumbled upon this place while looking for another jeweler. Mike was great helping me pick out a watch and he gave me a great price, to boot. I'm so glad I happened upon it; I would definitely come back again!

  Professional and high quality. Two words to describe my experience with NYJ in Chicago. I found the watch type I’d been looking for on their website. Contacted them and was directed to Tony, who basically took it from there. So easy to create an account, communicate with Tony and purchase the timepiece. Delivery was quick and secure. A most enjoyable experience.

  My husband and I had the best experience at New York Jewelers. Mike and Fred were extremely helpful in finding us the perfect wedding bands. They came with great recommendations and were very flexible about our options. They were extremely accommodating with timing and were great at communicating. We will definitely be going back in the future - we would definitely recommend NYJ.

  I learned about New York Jewelers when I started my journey in to collecting timepieces some two years ago. I went in the store that first time, and Store Manager Mike greeted me and showed me a few pieces. On top of that, he also provided insights around the materials used by a couple of brands. I appreciated the education. However, I didn't buy anything then. I kept going back to see if anything would grab my attention, or to see if the store had anything I was looking for in particular. I would always have a timepiece in mind I wanted to get. I did this for over two years or so, visiting New York Jewelers, and every single time, Mike would say hello, and would show me a few pieces. He was good at that, and I appreciated the no-pressure sales approach. He allowed me to look through the inventory hassle-free. A couple of weeks ago, I came in, the same as always, having a timepiece in mind. Like the wonderful salesperson that Mike was, he came up to me to check on me. He showed me a timepiece I was looking for but the store didn't have the model year I was after. We got to talking about the other timepieces he had, and he showed me a few. I told him no on those pieces, as if I were to make an impulse buy, the timepiece would have to "Wow" me to which he said he wanted to show me one more before I left. When he told me the brand I said it would be way over my budget -- I am not a big-time collector. I followed Mike, and when he showed me the Patek Philippe Calatrava I knew then that I was done! I told Mike I really liked the timepiece but I would have to think about it. Fifteen minutes later, I was wiring the funds to buy the Patek. Thank you, Mike, for delivering such wonderful service whether I was buying something that day or not. You allowed for me to decide on my own, and when I mentioned I needed to be "Wowed" if I were to make an impulse buy on an investment timepiece, you knew exactly what I meant by it. Thank you. My Calatrava gave me a wonderful feeling putting it on that no other timepiece in my humble collection had ever given me. Don't get me wrong, I like my Rolex GMT Master II and my Omega Moonwatch. But putting on the Calatrava brought about a new sensation I never had all thanks to Mike.

  Wow - New York Jewelers continues to deliver quality results through generations! I had family members recommend New York Jewelers, and they knocked it out of the park! Simon helped me create the exact, custom engagement ring I was looking for and meticulously worked with me, and my budget, from start to finish with both the stone and the setting - I couldn't be happier with the results! Additionally, Kyle helped me find the perfect watch I was looking for, and he was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. When I went to the store to look at everything, the store owner was there, and he made me feel right at home. I highly recommend New York Jewelers to anyone who is in the market for any kind of jewelry, whatsoever, as they have a very large variety of any type of jewelry you could imagine.
