  I had an appointment today at 10am, with a banking associate, and no one was there. I waited until 10:30 before I called it quits. All of the signage points to opening at 10, and we even received a call on Thursday confirming the appointment. I hope my next trip isn't a waste of time

  I hate to give bad reviews and I believe it is actually my first one. I hesitated to write it but I hope it can to be useful for customers who can still avoid wasting their afternoon with untrained and unsupervized staff at this place. We spent painfully and unnecessarily long hours with someone who clearly did not seem to know what they were doing. It's okay if some staff need to be trained, but then they need to be supervized and not left alone with customers. Of course, this lack of professionalism raises concerns especially when it comes to banking.

  Bank of America location opens at 10:00am. It is now 10:20 and there is not a soul there, doors are locked, can’t even get in to use the ATM. **it said on the door and on the BOA website that it opened at 10 as their adjusted hours**

  Went at 11am on a Saturday. Wasn't open. Couldn't even get doors open to access ATM. If you're gonna be closed at least say you're closed EDITED TO RESPOND TO BOFA: yeah I went to that website, it says this branch is open on Saturdays. So thanks for nothing I guess?

  Same issue as the other reviewer, 9 months later and it’s probably the same person who takes forever to complete basic transactions and let’s people cut in line even when you’re sitting waiting. Complete lack of regard for peoples time when we have to work and get things done. Not sure what kind of business this is, please do better, and maybe get a new manager.

  Be mindful if you go to this bank that you must at least have 30 minutes or more of your time just to complete basic transactions. The teller took over 30 minutes and it was only 2 of us waiting to be serviced. In addition to the manger walking passed asked me what I needed and didn’t even help or try to assist the teller. This long wait caused me to get a ticket. Won’t go to this bank ever again. Cashed a check and now have to pay a $50 ticket

  Greta was amazing! She Walked me thru the mobile app numerous times! She was patient and kind and I came in during the last 10 mins. Great customer service! Thank you

  Everyone here was super knowledgable, helpful, and friendly. The bank was not very busy so I was able to be helped right away.
