Nicholas Waring1For the past two years I have lived six blocks from this bank and been a BB&T customer for 15. I have received the slowest service of any BB&T Bank and the longest hold times on my checks at this bank. 10-day hold on my last check from a local bank. I stood in the bank for 2 minutes without anyone saying hi, will be with you in a minute, nothing. I love BB&T just not this branch...

Ariel Y4I don't know what's wrong with these previous reviewers. I get in and out quickly just to pay a car note and there's normally one person in front of me or no line. They work fast too. As for the understaffed, the staff is being reduced due to Covid! Think! I understand why. You lost your 5th star because y'all need to update your operation hours and I came at about noon on a weekday and y'all was closed.

Mike Green1The people who work at this location are not particularly knowledgeable on bank policies nor helpful if you have any issues. Customer service is lackluster and the bank has some less than transparent policies regarding fees. I regret opening this account and will likely close it in the near future. I would not recommend banking with BB&T despite their seemingly appealing offers. Capital One is a vastly superior option. Take your money elsewhere!

JP Carnes-Stine1I came here to discuss the fees associated with my business checking account. The manager said I had to maintain the minimum balance. Period. I said I'd have to close the account, and she didn't argue; she made no attempt to work with me to keep my business. BB&T must have plenty of customers, and they treated me as if they did. Maybe your experience will be better - I hope so.

Ty Williams1Been in this neighborhood for a couple of years. I live across the street from this bank and it was my first and only visit. I came in yesterday to have a document notarized, thinking it was just business as usual. Before I signed in, one of the bankers greeted me. I spoke back and asked if a notary was available. She asked if I were a customer, to which I replied no. She replied only customers could utilize their notary service. I've never heard of that before, but, oh well. So I walked around the block to Wells Fargo - of which I'm not a customer - and had my document notarized. I definitely won't become a customer of theirs or use their atm. Go figure.

Dominique Wilson4Try not to go during peak times if you can help it, other than that you'll be fine.

David Porter1Came in twice and made an appointment, still to be denied service to open an account. No point in calling ahead if just going to get false information. Don't bother with this branch.

Shaz Naqvi1The workers are too slow and some time rude too. Specially Tyshemia. Only the managers are good they know the Business customer value.

Becky Witt1Long lines, understaffed up front. Average wait is 25 to 30 minutes (usually here just to deposit a check)

Kim Baglietto1Worst banking experience I have ever had with the worst customer service ever! Don't even bother.
