  Melissa is an absolute angel. She meticulously walks you through the entire mortgage process, explaining all expenses and every choice that you can make, and she stays with you all the way through, checking in with you regularly. I was especially impressed with all the ways that she looked out for me and searched for the best possible deal. Being a first-time homebuyer was a daunting process in many ways, but I always knew I could feel confident about my mortgage.

  Despite clearly being extremely busy, Melissa continually made us feel like we were her most important client. She continually went above and beyond, answering questions at all hours of the day and on weekends, and spent the time to make sure we understood our options and what was happening with our loan. Her staff was excellent and while the closing process was certainly stressful, they did an excellent job of managing everything that needed to happen and closing our loan extremely quickly.

  Melissa R. was a wonderful, understanding, caring, and highly responsive agent. She helped us run multiple different calculations to not only figure out what we could technically afford, but what we could afford at our comfort level. She was incredibly open and transparent about fee structures and very responsive and flexible with us purchasing while abroad. Strongly recommend Melissa R. from this firm.

  There is truly no one better to work with than Draper and Kramer. Melissa was responsive, easy to work with, and had better rates than any other lender I spoke to. She is a problem solver, and went above and beyond to help guide me through the DC HPAP program and process. Tim was also extremely responsive and helpful, I'd recommend this team to anyone!
