  Zachary Bodine at Fairway Independent Mortgage is the best lender around. He looked for extra grants for me to make sure i got the most for my money. Though i j ow he has to a of clients he always made me feel like i was his only client. whenever i call with a question, his response time is always prompt. I never had to worry, and i knew i could depend on Zack through the whole process.

  This was a 10/10 experience working with Zach and his team. From start to finish, the responsiveness and savvy of Zach were unmatched. We always felt that he had our best interest at heart. Because of his expertise and wonderful disposition, I would suggest everyone work with Zach in the future - because I certainly will!

  We called Zachary to get a quote. He promised us a rate better than others. I was skeptical he would charge us another way. He did not do that. We closed with the rate he promised. During the process, Zach helped us a lot navigate our steps. He is very fast in replying to emails any time of the day and is very patient in explaining everything time and time.

  Zack was very helpful in buying my first home. He was very responsive, helped me understand the process and all questions a first time homebuyer might have, and got me a better rate at a better cost than other lenders I spoke with. Would highly recommend Zack!

  Zack's the best! We refinanced with him a handful of times over the past few years and he's always made the process as easy and seamless as possible. He was always available to answer any questions and to provide thoughtful, and insightful advice. He was also able to accommodate our hectic travel schedule and once got us to close us in about two weeks. Highly recommend reaching out to him for any of your mortgage financing needs!

  I had the great privilege to work with the Mr. Zachary Bodine on the recent mortgage for my FIRST home and what more can I say other than I'm thoroughly pleased! But for more contextual factors and evidence I can truly say working With Zack and Fairway was by far the Best of my experience with other lenders for a few reasons: 1. Online portal - user friendly, easy to upload documents, read and review docs to sign, as well as to apply and communicate using secure methods. 2. Zack has knowledge of multiple programs to include first time home buyers (MMP for Maryland) and truly understands the numbers in a way where he can do the arithmetic and communicate it to someone like me who hates numbers and calculations - he makes it work. 3. Communication, Communication, Communication; I can say I the process working with the team here is TRANSPARENT, Honest, and never felt like I had to chase Zack or anyone else for a response or answer - we've worked on two separate home purchases (my first one fell through due to the pandemic and the second one we made it all the way through!!) All in all read my other reviews if you want to see how objective I am with these reviews. I recommend Fairway and Zack if you get the opportunity to work with him!

  There is no one better than Zach! I call on him to handle every mortgage and refinance and he recently helped me with a second home purchase. He’s knowledgeable, accessible and just awesome all around! It’s worth your time to reach out to him.

  Zack is straightforward, someone you can trust, and an overall a pleasure to work with. He has helped me with all my mortgage and home finance questions and transactions for many years. He has looked out for me and helped me find the best rates. He’s very responsive, efficient, and flexible, adjusting closing times many times. I’d give him 6 stars if that was an option!

  Zachary was quite helpful, responsive and easy to work with. You will occasionally have to tell him to "pause" or "run that back", to get a sec to digest and understand (he's good at what he does but sometimes you need laymans terms) Lol. Aside from that I would recommend and work with Zach again.
