  Horrible social distance precautions being taken. They dont have an employee at the main entrance controlling the number of people waiting in the small hallway by the atm. But they only allow 7 people in the branch. Then why allow 10+ in a smaller space by the ATM. SMH. DO YOUR JOB CORRECTLY!!!

  I attempted to cash a check here and was told I could not because the signature on the check did not match the one they had on file. I took the same check to the medfeild location and it was cashed without issue. Nothing against bank of America, however the employees in the norwood location not only incompetent but also rude.

  I honestly never take the time to write a review but I will this time!!! The staff here unprofessional I’ve made a appointment for 2:30 just to be rush with the application for a loan I was there to apply for I got approve they ran my credit. And the guy that ran my credit messed up on my application, and now i can’t use the loan. Because of such mistake. I am very upset now my credit gets hit and they say they can’t do nothing about it. They clearly don’t care

  I just came to this bank to make a deposit and Betty Q. the lady at the window wash talking trash about me to one of her colleague thinking that I could not her. I am so disgusted by it. This is what happens when people become so comfortable that they think they can do whatever they want.

  Hours listed on door but branch is not open beyond the atm access.
