  The first time i came hrre. I was treated with respect and was listened too. My new dentist Dr.Umme. Explain every single detail to me nice and clear. My old dentist never explained anything to me. That is why I switched to Aspen Dental Walpole, will tell everyone about my experience here. Tell them to switch to come here.

  Would not go back. I have not been to a dentist in years. I had an abscess tooth with my gums sticking out 1/4 inch filled with puss. It was apparent visually I was in serious pain, jaw was swollen on one side and cheek was bulging. Doctor would not give me medication to keep me from extreme pain for the day or 2 till the antibiotics kicked in. I feel that this doctor is out of tune with her patients needs. I would be hesitant to get any other procedures there due to this. If she overlooked my clear signs and evidence of discomfort, I can imagine non visible discomfort would also be ignored. Oral pain is the worst, you can't get away from it. I will seek out a dentist I am more compatible with.

  Dr Umme I love her staff. I had to get dentures because my teeth were bad. I have sever TMJ and the staff worked with me no problem I had a flair up a few weeks ago and had to reschedule my appointment which was no problem. They had to do impressions and I couldn’t open my mouth wide enough so they let me put them in myself. With my temp dentures my bite was completely off. So they corrected the bite with my new dentures which I believe I’m getting them tomorrow. Dr Umme is a professional understanding Dr. I ever had. I will definitely recommending people to Dr Umme and her staff. I’m very pleased with Dr Umme and her staff

  Very friendly atmosphere and helpful. I have just started there and everything was explained and laid out as to what my costs were going to be and what insurance would be. Will proceed with just doing what I wanted to be done for now and will talk about the rest later. Enjoyed going to the dentist there so far...

  Any decent reviews I've read were from 4 years ago, I should've done more research. I found the front desk and ONE of the hygienists to be very nice, easy going and helpful, however, the other hygienist and the Dr. herself were probably the worst experience I've ever had in a dentists office... from start to finish, I had a horrible abscess, they decided it was a good time to "intake" me as a new patient with TWENTY x-rays of my whole mouth, i was so swollen and sore, it wasn't possible to capture a pic of even the sore tooth, never mind my whole mouth..... just plain ignorant and un-thoughtful!!!! So that was a 45 min nightmare, then the doctor comes in for literally 3 min, looks in my mouth, and walks away... I had to call after her "well, whats wrong????" she said you have an infection of course, like I was an idiot..... I was then ushered to some office to discuss money..... HORRIBLE!!! I cried when I left due to how I was treated. Terrible doctor and a mean MEAN hygienist!!! in compassionate and unknowable on how to manage people.....

  This place is awful. They got me in quickly and efficiently the first time and for my second cleaning they cancelled it four times. I had to rearrange childcare each time. Then this morning they said they were open and my appointment was still happening despite the blizzard. I even got a text saying we look forward to seeing you later this morning. I shovel out my driveway and had to bring my 4 month old baby with me only to arrive to it closed. Then they had someone from corporate call 5 minutes before the start of the appointment to say it was cancelled. Horrible customer service. I'm gladly seeking out a new dentist.

  The staff at this dental office is exceptional. I have had an acute fear of the dental chair, but no longer. Whether I am getting my teeth cleaned, a filling or even a crown, I know that my experience will end with my mouth being so much better. Dr. Rawat provides only necessary treatment and does in a way that is both professional but also caring. Now, the office is run my Magdalia. She is truly a gem. If you go to this dental office, make sure you stop in to see her. She will make sure that you are truly feel like a treasured patient.

  Aspen Dental and there associates make you feel at home with there personal care. Since I am new to the Norwood/Walpole area I sought out a new dentist, and hands down this is my favorite place to get my teeth done. I have been to many dentist offices and Aspen Dental is top notch. With there state of the art equipment and there attention to detail they made my experience smooth and very pleasant. Dr. Rawat is very intelligent and wanted to get my teeth back to health, he was also very easy to talk to and did not seem like I was just another patient. If you want great service and a dentist office that wont treat you like a number join the Aspen Dental family.

  I would not go back to my other dentist again this is not like me for my other dentist was good. Aspen gives you option to you oral needs were I was not sure what to do. Most helpful The dental hygentist is very very good. The office is friendly. The manager is on the top of her game she will be surly missed when she leaves. My whole familyis an aspen patient. The Bering family is happy

  Last year I would have gratefully given 5 stars, but the office in EWalpole has transitioned to new personnel; for over 10 years of responsibly attended and fully paid visits, I have weathered the challenges of these transitions several times, in Framingham, Natick and now in E.Walpole. I switched from the Dedham office when they consistently miscalculated my bill, Ameriplan handled the issue, and it was resolved with a reimbursement check. On this visit to EWalpole, I was overcharged for a deductible, I have called Ameriplan (discount plans do not have deductibles) and the issue will be resolved. Trying to explore the "credit" billing error was very uncomfortable, including but not limited to a manager too busy with a more important back log of work and conference calls than to communicate my concerns personally with me. It was she who had initially inaccurately identified my discount plan as insurance. I was encouraged to make a future appointment to resolve my billing issue. I found the overall focus of the new staff unprofessional, whilst demonstrating expressly self-protective practices. The xray/hygienist is a remarkably self-centered individual who scolds and ridicules her patients. I unknowingly violated her sterile field, and experienced more than mild discomfort during my cleaning and taking xrays. I truly doubt the collective attitude of the office personnel will evolve to mature professionals. The doctor is talented and personable, he must be experiencing his own concerns. I wonder if they will be retaliatory upon reading this.
