  My husband and I got our mortgage through Poli and had the best experience ever. Jesse Carbeau and Rick Souza worked with us through out the whole process and always responded quickly to any questions we had even after hours.   Chris and Rick are incredible. I was a first time home buyer dealing with a difficult seller. They took on a thirty day close deadline during which time I was out of the country for 10 days. They got the deal done without a single hiccup. They were knowledgeable and pleasant during the entire process, and continuously held my hand and made me feel confident that we would close on time.   A friend of mine recommended Poli Mortgage to me and I am glad he did. Great rates, prompt communication, easy to work with (documents are uploaded to their secure web portal and are signed using DocuSign). A repeat customer (3 transactions so far). Will do business again.

  I will be indebted to Chip and Sarah forever for what they were able to do for me and my family. My original broker told me 3 days before i was due to close that the lender would not fund my loan due to the pandemic. Well, Chip and Sarah came in and within about 48 hours they calmed me down, explained everything to me and got me an even better mortgage. They made this process as easy as possible and explained everything along the way. I will refer anyone i know to them and will never go anywhere else for any of my mortgage needs. If you ant to deal with true professionals who care about you and want to get the best deal for you and not themselves, call Chip and Sarah. They truly are the best. They deserve 100 stars. Chip and Sarah are lifesavers and I cannot say enough good things about them!

  I've used Poli Mortgage Group for a couple of refinances. They're very professional and very fast. Thieu website for uploading mortgage docs is the best I;ve seen. Tom Shea, the loan officer, is quick to respond on all needs. I could not have asked for better treatment. They really go out of their way to please their customers.
