      Absolutely horrible customer service at this branch(Walpole). Sat in a chair for 20 minutes, waiting to speak with manager. He didn't so much as acknowledge my presence. Couldn't even take the time to at least tell me he would be with me in a little while. Call me crazy but I thought that would be the most BASIC customer services skills. I didn't mind the wait but if you see someone waiting for you, you can at least acknowledge that you know that the customer is there!!!!!!!

      Sharon and Crescent Credit Union merged a while back and it's been a nightmare interacting with them ever since. I am going to pursue refinancing and get away from this operation.
