  The female staff has been there for years They treat me like an old friend. Even the branch manager offered to help me with those square digital, I don't know what they're called, that you can pay for groceries with & other products.

  I recently opened a checking account with them and had some special requests/needs upon opening the account; everyone at the St Michaels Branch was EXTREMELY helpful! I look forward to continuing to do business with them. I just recently moved to the area and wasnt looking forward to having to open a new account, with the 'all automated' direction that banks etc seem to be going, so I was delighted to get a real person on the phone when I called, AND someone that was actually on site! They made the whole process really easy. Thank you!

  It is unbelievable to me that I can’t directly call the Santa Fe branch about a business account issue and I am an existing business with them. The preference to submit an online and in-person request to chat is profit prevention. Beyond frustrated that establishing a secondary business saving account with immediate deposit takes this level of hoops.

  I don't know the circumstances of the one star review, but I am in this location frequently and I witness the great interactions between staff and clients. It is obvious that caring relationships exist with most who come in.

  How does a $6.50 per day overdraft fee sound? After the initial $34.50 overdraft fee? Filthy. How do these people sleep at night? These people should be guillotined.
