  Brenda did an outstanding job on March 31 in helping me to decline a fraudulent charge on my Enterprise credit card. She guided me in protesting the charge. Unfortunately, it required cancelling that credit card. But she then ensured that a new credit card was issued and then saw that it was delivered in a timely manner. She was patient, professional and efficient throughout this process. I appreciate that she is always friendly and courteous. EB&T is lucky to have such a wonderful employee. Reynaldo Morales

  Brenda has been not only patient but knowledgeable in guiding me through the process of establishing an estate account. She has been quite thorough and accommodating in helping me fulfill my role as the executor of my father’s estate. I so appreciate her superlative service!

  I recently worked with Enterprise to finance a first-time home purchase after a cross-country move. Enterprise was recommended by my real estate agent, and I’ve been very pleased with them. Christine in particular was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive. She helped me to complete my closing rapidly with no issues, and quickly and completely answered all of my questions. I would not hesitate to recommend Enterprise and plan to contact them for future moves.

  I had a problem with an automatic billing with a company which wouldn't stop when contacted. The customer service agent was very helpful with the problem. She and a CSA in Missouri got my card canceled and a new one issued without any problems. Great work Enterprise. Happy to use you as my banking source.

  I recently worked with Diana Chavira to open a loan, a Certificat of Deposit, and a Bank to Bank Wire transfer. She was incredibly responsive to all of my questions and concerns. She made sure I was taken care of from beginning to end, and made it all seem effortless.   I have been banking with LANB / Enterprise Bank & Trust for over 15 years. I have both business checking and savings accounts, and a personal savings account. I have always had excellent banking experience with Enterprise Bank. I can always trust on great customer service and a friendly banking staff; loan processing is quick, notary public service is always available, and they never place a hold on any checks that I deposit, the funds are available right away. I recently applied for a loan and it was processed and approved within 20 days. Marie Valdez the loan officer who processed my loan, is very gracious, kind, efficient and most helpful, she even went out of her way to contact me to let me know that my loan had been approved, I didn't have to wait for a formal letter of approval, now that's great customer service!! I will continue banking with Enterprise Bank & Trust for all my business and personal banking needs. Thank you to each and every Enterprise Bank & Trust employee for the great customer service you extend to your customers.
