It's hard to make an appointment and of course nobody answers the phone when covid hit things slowed down but you think they could hire someone to answer the phone and answer questions.

Chronic long waits. One teller. People in line out the front door. Manger was oblivious. People in line really complaining. Teller wanted 2 forms of bank I.D. I had drivers license and Merrill credit card. They said BOFA credit card would be fine. Doesn't BOFA own Merrill?! Too bad a company with $350 Billion market cap., ignores customer service.

      Response from the owner

I arrived on a Saturday morning. I appreciate the weekend hours. There were two tellers when I walked in with no one ahead of me in line. One teller was waiting on a customer. And the other was talking to the assistant manager. Either of the pair greeted me to say they’d be with me in a moment nor interpreted their conversation to wait on me. After about 2 minutes, their conversation ended and the Teller provided excellent service. The issue was after going through the transaction, the bank was out of supplies to finish it. The Teller requested help from the Assistant Manager who said she knew the supplies were on order and didn’t think they had come in. Umm, don’t you think that is information you’d share with your Tellers at the start of the business day in case a customer came in asking for that service requiring that supply? There was no apology from the Assistant Manager for the inconvenience and no suggestion on another branch nearby to try. After this experience I did not recommend to a friend to open his own account with this bank. And I recommend you go elsewhere.

Awful. Just as bad, possibly worse, than the branch off of Paseo De Peralta. 1 teller per usual 5 people in line three other employees doing nothing but not helping. And the concierge standing there directing me to the line, I know how to use a bank! What's the point of the concierge when I would much rather have ANOTHER teller! I then asked if they could put an alert that I am traveling so they won't make my card unavailable -- apparently I have to call a number for that. What good are you for? The last time that happened I was trying to get gas just across the Colorado/NM border and my card wouldn't work and I had no cell service. I really do hate Bank of America.

Worst bank in Santa Fe by a long shot. Every time I go into this bank there is a long line and one teller, on occasion there will be 2 tellers. This place is terrible I would not advise anyone to ever open an account here! Not to mention it feels very old and dated all in all this bank is absolutely pathetic!

I'm very disappointed with Bank of America. My daughter and I are customers and she is out of the country for a few months. She has been unable to use her ATM card internationally because she has a 6 digit pin rather than a 4 digit pin. After hours of her trying to call customer service and get it resolved, she was never even able to talk to a person to explain her problem. I went to the local branch to see if they could direct us how to get to talk to someone about this. Their response was, "Call the international number" and just randomly say things to get to talk to someone. I find it hard to believe that a local branch has no way to get a person on the phone in situations like this. For me to go into my local banking center and get response is extremely poor service. Whether it's the local branch or a systemic process, I don't know. Thanks, B of A for giving me peace of mind when I know my daughter's ability to get money from her own account is not really any concern of yours. Regardless, I have been a customer for over 20 years...I think it's time for me to open my mouth and move on.

I’d put 0 stars if possible. I refuse to use this location. The staff is rude and unprofessional. One banker in particular is not only difficult to work with because of her terrible attitude, but her hair is always unkempt and she looks almost like she’s strung out. Sitting at her desk you can smell the entire pack of cigarettes she’s bathed in before coming into work everyday. If this person is who Bank of America wants me to trust with my money, then it looks like I am finding a new bank

Went here today and was very happy with my customer service! Even the security guard was very nice he brought all of us waters due to us having to wait in line because of COVID19. All employees were polite and friendly!

I needed a basic ID verification form signed so I could receive an international money transfer. all they had to do was sign that my drivwers license was me. they refused, twice, saying, they don't do that for customers. I even spoke to the branch manager and she was very dismissive.

For over 3 weeks, I've tried to reach "Gabe" - I've left voicemails, left messages in person and over the phone. Everyone promises to give him the message, the branch manager even promises to follow up personally. Yet, week after week go by and not a single returned message. Now when I call, and Gabe has left (again) for the day, and the manager asks for my name and phone number so he can call me back, I'm reminded the joke it's on me for choosing such a big (and woefully incompetent) bank to begin with.
