  This is the second time I’ve had work done at Ball. Everything was excellent from the estimate process, scheduling, the staff, excellent free loaner vehicle, the communication during the repair and of course the final job. All for a very fair price. I highly recommend them!

  Rebecca & Chris were fantastic! Constant communication & updates. Even upgraded my loaner to something closer to what I was driving. Took a bit longer than promised, but they did their best to hit the promised date. Would definitely recommend

  I had a repair claim with Progressive and Ball Body Shop is one of their approved repair shops. Dropped my car there 12/23 and was told that it would likely take until 1/6 to complete repairs. However, they called me on 12/31 letting me know my car was ready. Car looks better than ever (cracked bumper and slightly bent crumple bar in front but no damage to any functional parts of car). My car seems to be running just as smooth as before. With Progressive, Enterprise, and Ball Body Shop working together, my repair experience was as good as I could hope for.

  This was the first time I had ever been to get my car fixed at a body shop. The staff were so warm and welcoming. They helped me very quickly and knew exactly how to fix my car. I was in and out in under 30 minutes!! I cannot recommend this place enough.

  I'm posting after an extremely positive visit and easily give the shop 5 stars. I went in anxious about the estimate for some body work...I left feeling relieved, first that the fixes wouldn't take much, but second, that the staff treated me with respect and total fairness. One of their estimators, Cim, helped me...I would recommend him to you, just as I will recommend him to my family and friends. Knowledgeable, kind, and transparent. Thanks!

  I have nothing but great things to say about Ball Body Shop. They are easy to work with, great communication and kept me up-to-date for when my car was ready to be picked up, did an amazing job with the repair, and they even cleaned my car (inside and out)! The complimentary loaner car was nice and pretty new, too.

  Incompetence and lack of communication reign at this service location. After not having contact, and expecting my car back the Thursday before a holiday weekend, when I called them, I was told they had not started or finished any repairs...what!? Had to extend my rental through the weekend, then when I called on Monday, after requesting that they call me, I was told it would be ANOTHER day. Moral of the story, its hard to have confidence or respect for a company when it is necessary to babysit the employees to ensure they are doing their jobs correctly and expediently.

  My car had some deep scratches and door dents that needed to be repaired. I am very happy with how the repairs and paint turned out. It looks amazing! Thank you!

  My vehicle was hit in two separate collisions about a month apart and wasn't in great shape. I also had a number of metal-deep scratches and rock chips that had accumulated on the body. Their estimator, Cim, kept me well-informed of the progress on my car and answered all my questions. When I asked for an estimate for fixing the scratches and chips, he even managed to get those taken care of at no cost to me. The overall quality of the body work and paint is fantastic, and there is no trace of the previous damage. I couldn't be happier with the results and the customer service.
