  A very nice bank, with many professional people working there. They provide the best services, kind, efficient and professional. Strongly recommend it. It recently moves the office building just next to Costco, even more convenient for the customers.

  Good bank, never had a negative experience with the branch or in using web access. Good service too - nice people, they greet you by name and open the door for you if they are not with a customer.

  They stole $200 from me and decided to close my account out before I could pay it up and sent my negative balance to collection agency. Very mad at this horrible horrible customer service

  River Valley is large enough to handle big deals, yet small for quick decisions. My commercial banker, Paul Schlumberger is one of the best just for his service alone! Whatever I need, it is there.

  Absolutely disappointed in customer service! Jessica was the rudest support person I have ever spoken too. Completely out of line in her attitude towards me in regards to a matter I was told would be taken care of months ago. Definitely do not recommend.
