  Annisa Baker helped my husband back when he first bought the house we currently live in. He had a great experience then and we didn’t hesitate to contact her when it came time to refinance our house.   Annisa helped my wife and I buy our second home. I am not a financial expert by any means and she was able to step me through the entire process. She is incredibly knowledgeable and has the ability to talk to people not familiar with the process and not make them feel dumb. :) Our first house we made an offer on fell through and Annisa had to make some things happen very fast. I really don't know how she did it but it all worked out. I still feel like I can call her and talk about our mortgage when our situation changes. Buying a house is too important not to have someone like Annisa on your side. I could talk all day about how awesome she is, but take it from me and go with her. I promise you won't be disappointed.

  Annisa was in constant contact with me throughout my entire home buying process. She made sure I had all the correct forms and files and prepared me for the things I would need leading up to closing.   Annisa with Fairway Independent Mortage Corporation was so helpful throughout the process of our house hunt. She was able to get our underwriting re-done so quickly after my wife and I forgot to mention a change in our lives. Without her and her expertise we would not have been able to get our home on time!
