  Lucas was recommended to me by someone helping me try to clean up some credit issues resulting from a short sale. After two other mortgage places primarily either told me they could do nothing for me or just took my info and ignored me. I called Lucas out of the blue and after 10 minutes talking to him I knew without a doubt he was the man I wanted to work with. Lucas is one of the most down to earth gentleman I have ever met. He is professional while talking to you like a person and not like a disinterested numeral. He and I planned out everything before I start searching for a home so there was no surprises, no headaches, just an easy quick funding and home loan closing. I would not hesitate for an instant refer a friend or family member to Lucas. He will fight to get you the best loan possible and honestly give you good advice and answer any questions you have honestly and with no run around or make believe promises. Simply put in an age where customer service is a dying art everybody I dealt with at Platinum Home Mortgage from Lucas to all of his staff I felt like they where there for me and they went above and beyond any expectations I had. You will not be disappointed or have any remorse by putting your trust in Lucas and his staff. All I can say is Bravo! And my most humble thanks for a job very well done.

  Lucas is a master at what he does! We purchased a home through him 3 years ago and another one just this August. Both experiences were great. I recommended his services to a coworker and he too had a great review of Lucas. In a few years, when we're ready to purchase again, Lucas will be the only person I will consider to do my home loan.   Lucas brings a high level of integrity and dedication to his work. Buying a home is a stressful pricess, and lucas went out of his way to make sure that understood the process. He was supportive and responsive throughout the process, and worked closely with us and our realtor to achieve a positive outcome. This is our second time working with Lucas, and we hope there will be a third. I have never had a lender work through his vacation to make sure that our needs were met, and we certainly never had a lender show up at our closing, but Lucas did both.   Lucas is your guy! I was 19 years old when I thought about buying my first home. I had no idea if I would even qualify or what to expect, it all sounded scary and impossible for someone my age. For a whole year, he worked with me and helped me every step of the way until I was finally pre approved for the loan amount I wanted. After that, it was a smooth and painless process, and my beautiful house was built within a few months. One thing I definitely love about Lucas is the consistent communication. He was able to clarify everything I was confused with into ways that actually made sense to me. He made all my "dumb" questions, not seem dumb. Currently Im working with Lucas on refinancing my house, and it has been the easiest process ever. I highly highly recommend Lucas! I know I will be using him for all my future home loan needs. :)
