  It was a fast and pleasant experience working with Tim. He did everything he could to get us out of there within a timely manner (which was absolutely fantastic since we have a 1 year old who is impatient lol) and get us the best deal he could. 10/10!! We love our car and would always recommend. Our car drives AMAZING. Thank you Tim & everyone there!

  My ex and I bought a Honda Civic from Tim at Bad Credit Auto about 3 years ago. The car did have an issue with sputtering the first week we had it and when we brought it to their attention they kept the car over night and did something to it and said it was fixed however it wasn't. When we brought it to their attention again they told us to put top of the line gasoline in it and it should be fine. We did that and it still wasn't fixed so we just took it somewhere else and discovered that it actually needed a transmission fluid exchange. No big deal. There was something else wrong with the car shortly after where it would just die. We got that fixed by a mechanic at Kerry's Auto care and never and any issues after with the car. Tim was very helpful during the buying process and after. They always worked with me when it came to a late payment and making the payment was always an easy process. They did sell our loan to Red Mountain Funding about 2 years into the loan which Red Mountain turned out to be horrible. I hate them but Bad Credit Auto was good and I would buy a car from them again if the promised not to sell the loan to Red Mountain Funding.

  I had the pleasure of working with Tim at Bad Credit Auto, and I can honestly say Tim made my experience easy and stress free. I was definitely kept abreast of the entire car buying process. Tim is certainly a man of his word and I would recommend him to close friends and family.   Bought my first car here! Everyone was super helpful, welcoming and friendly. I couldn't believe how honest they were....not pressuring at all... made the process so much more easier. Tim is like an encyclopedia. Even though my car was used and it's been nothing but great! Recommended this place to my whole family and friends!! Definitely coming back next time to purchase my next car!

  After three different attempts from different dealers endless hours and broken promises and insane high offers from other salesman I was done and giving up hope on getting a new car for me and my family. I decided to look online for one last place and I came across bad credit auto and decided to give them a call even though my credit isn’t bad I thought maybe just maybe they could help Right away Tim answered and i gave him the whole run down of what I’ve been through the last week and said I didn’t want any games he assured me I wasn’t wasting my time and he was right! The process took two days because I had called so late in the day but I am now the proud owner of a 2018 Hyundai Elantra and I have a payment I can afford I’m so glad I didn’t give up before contacting him. I definitely recommend them to anyone buying a car and wants real result not dreams you can’t afford! Thank you for everything!

  I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership and 3 weeks later I was involved in an accident and my truck sustained some front end damage. Tim and his staff offered to fix it with no problems and they worked with my insurance company through the red tape. They were quick and efficient and the repairs were professionally done They went over and above the normal customer service experience at car dealerships to make me feel at ease. I would definitely continue purchasing future vehicles from them and would recommend them to anyone I know.

  The guys are nice, and the cars are cheap. The car I ended up buying was in an accident and they failed to provide me with an accident report or paperwork that revealed what had been repaired. However, Tim called me back and explained exactly what this vehicle has been through and the process. He is also providing me with the repairs the mechanic has done and emailing it to me. Edit: It has been over a month with no email about the repairs. Edit 2: The car I bought had an alignment issue and the headlights were not properly adjusted due to the accident it was in. I had to fix these issues myself, which is expected with a restored title. Yes, I did receive the paperwork described by the owner that showed it was a restored salvage title. However, I asked for a list of repairs that prove they were done by the mechanic and dealer, but still no proof after more than 6 months. The car is still in working order with minor issues now.

  Great place to buy a car, honest sales guy (Tim) and reliable cars. Wont go anywhere else! Everywhere else did a credit check and I got BAD credit with my divorce. That was Not a problem here.
