  Needed some cash in a emergency brought in my gold bracelet and chain was able to get the cash I needed. The staff was very friendly and helpful Will go here whenever I need cash in a pinch.

  I purchased a Blu-ray player from them. Got home plugged it in it didn't power up correctly. Called and spoke to them the next morning ask if I could return He said yes. Take it in the shop they're willing to return except there's a 5% restocking fee. Which means I have to pay for them to take their faulty merchandise back. Doesn't seem quite right

  Leslie had a friend bring the DVD player back saying that the "display" did not work. This particular unit has no display. We showed him that it worked properly, he called her and came back and said that was fine, hence the minimal restocking fee. Sean - Alpha Pawn

  I have been searching for an affordable ceiling fan for several months and finally found it, brand new and in the box here!   Awesome and friendly guys to work with. I've had to frequent a few pawn shops around Phoenix and these guys stand above the rest. The owner and Danny I do believe his name is are actual genuine people, not condescending or rude in the slightest.

  Alpha Pawn was a positive experience just as all the other reviews stated. It was well kept & clean. Cieny was friendly without being fake. She quickly assesed my item & gave me a fair price$. Over all it was Short & Sweet. Unlike most every pawn shop I wasnt haggled down and completely ripped off, 5 star's for Alpha & Cieny!
