  I had a great experience at Aztec Pawn. Service was friendly and knowledgeable. I had a AR15 lower transferred there, and I was in and out quickly. They also have an amazing gun room there (for all of you 2A friendly folks.) Will be doing business with them again in the very near future.

  Got a hell of a good deal. An employee name and Abby & coworker Joy were very helpful. Great prices on south Phoenix. I would come back next time!

  I get it.. you're a pawn shop. But there is no need to have rude customer service. The young lady with the red eyes should probably find another job if she does not like dealing with people. If you cant treat the people that visit your establishment with some sort of dignity and or respect then maybe you shouldnt be in business. Last time I recommend this place.. stay away there are 5 other pawn shops in a 2 mile radius!

  Always greeted with a friendly smile and hello. Knowledgeable staff, clean and neatly organized. Variety of jewelry selection and firearms. Always going the extra smile to satisfy each customer

  This pawn shop is amazing! Joy Triplett is the best. She's personable, excited about her job, and always extremely helpful. Not to mention she laughs at my corny jokes.

  Worst pawn shop I’ve ever had to deal with in my life. Oh and don’t even waste your time trying to show up 30 mins from when they close because they’ll turn you away, they won’t help you with anything (literally nothing), and they’ll tell you they already closed the register or every other excuse they think of at the time.
