Geovanni Gavino1This Wells Fargo is a Central Wells Fargo and the busiest Wells Fargo. recently they close The merchant window at 4 PM and they used to have up to five window tellers and now they reduced it to two greedy banks hire more people ASAP

Robert Celaya2The only thing bad about this place is they are short staff and the customers talk way to much and take up the tellers time wich is not bad but when your short staffed other people don't care how your dog is..... day 3 of taking way two long quit bull shi#$ing when there is a line out the door and help people

Tejas Moola5I needed an appointment for wire transfer on Friday, called customer care and was told the latest appointment was on Tuesday. Went to Wells Fargo on 2010 w baseline Rd, they did not have anyone to help make a wire on Friday afternoon.. so walked in to this branch and Jessica helped me within 10 minutes.. also a shout out to the greeter at the door, I could not get her name in my rush, who scheduled me with Jessica..

Enrique Salas2I have visited this same branch on multiple occasions within the past few months and unfortunately always wait 30 min for a teller. It’s as if no sense of urgency is present however Customer service is good and they are polite employees just wish other locations would open up to allow for more selection on branches to visit.

Daniel Medina jr1I went to cash a wells Fargo check and they would not cash it because they said they wete un able to verify the check lile if it was an outside check when it was their check i believe it was just the amount of the check and because i dont have an account with them

Amina Pig1One of my worst experiences It's over *116 outside and they made a few of stand outside when clearly there was enough space for everyone (even with the safe distance protocol) I saw elderly people standing in the sun, not even offering water to them. The greeters are kind of rude and they act snobby. Not happy and I hope they hurry and open the baseline branch back up.
