  Worked with me the whole way my item in layaway had a big price tag and I couldn’t keep up with payment a few times but they made sure I was able to get my future wife the ring she wanted thanks you all rock.   "This is message is intended for Regional ,and District upper mangers and for the average Joe Like me" I was recently inhereted a 14k gold Tri gold rope chain worth about $6,000 with a 14k Star of David medallion that was given to me, from my Dad that chose to give it to me, out of his 40 years of wearing it. Hes a retired city of Phoenix, Fire fighter and A Marine. Hes in his last stages of Stomach Cancer. I"m in my addiction and hawked it. Thinking of all sorts of ways I could use, and make up, the days that I didn't have to present myself, I explained the situation initially to Tashina and Sabrina. I cried becausedI knew I was sick and wanting to continue to go fast. I explained the diar need. And was uncertain of pawn ing it or entrusting anyone period.least. After explaining the need I desperately was trying to full fill. The team was like totally understanding and I felt like they cared. Sabrina, Thank you Sabrina for giving me the Max. Tashina, your smooth non aggressive approach to my dilemma was like moss on a dry calus itch in my heart. I felt cool, dignified and Then on my final day, I met Dave I'm just gonna call him Super Dave. I explained If don't have this pendant my Dad will probably die, the same night ,due to a fatal blow to his heart. I said what do I Do? To the store reps? They said "Just be honest!" He"l much better appreciate the truth, than you not show, or lie." I was gonna go with that" Until I located an old friend of mine that helped me with remaining balance of 120.00 totaling 310.00 and 1,000 for everything. Look if your in a situation , look listen and feel... That's exactly, what these sales reps did. And that made the whole world of difference for me. With confidence, I gave my heart s entrusted my DADS Legacy were Jewish too So IT a huge thing to have the Star of David around your neck after the father passes.. I felt like the tears I cried in your store were one by one bagged in a time capsuled of respect and dignity. Thank you PAWN FIRST FAMILY Tashina, Sabrina, and Super Dave. P.S My Dads name is David..   Very helpful and friendly staff that works there. I would highly recommend this place to my friends and family to come here. The environment here they make you feel like you are getting a fair deal sometimes you might feel like you gotten a lot more than you expected for an item from time to time and they also have great prices and deals on the store items that they are selling to the public. They also implement games, raffle tickets to win prizes ect. They also offer a great layaway plan for you to take advantage of if needed. Just in all round great place for you to come to.
