  They work with you so you don't just lose your stuff.... they're not out just to shark you out your stuff or money.. really appreciate the customer service at this shop ..I recommend this shop to anyone who needs some extra cash but doesn't want to feel sharked out there stuff..

  I had gone to pawn now on 7 ave Vaseline where I had the worst service Nd offered me 500 to pawn my jewelry. I then went to Herdez Jewelry & pawn Nd they offered me 1100 for the same jewelry. I highly recommend them

  Went in there yesterday looking to sell my fiance’s old engagement ring. They took the ring out of my field of view for several minutes. They ended up telling me that the stones were fake even though it was tested at 4 locations prior to them. I was afraid that they swapped my stones out for CZ but went back to the last place that tested them and was told that they were the same stones and tested them again. I understood enough Spanish to know that El Jefe thought I was wasting their time and wanted his guy to get rid of me. Go get your testing equipment tested to ensure they work properly. Eff you guys!

  Today Juan helped me get a loan on my gaming console, after every other place basically told me to screw off. Not only was Juan's customer service amazing but he got me more than I would've got any place else(there's a reason why they advertize that). I'm never going to super pawn again.   This place by far is the real deal. Incredible atmosphere from the start,as soon as you walk in that door. Herdez's provided me with the more then just excellent service but showed there quality in with there expertise in South Phx.Thanks again & glad to become apart of your fantastic establishment.
