  Tried to call to make a payment plan after falling out of work and was about to be garnish and the employee Stephanie was very rude, refused my payment and wouldn't allow me to speak to a supervisor. She hung up on me once and still refused to let me speak to a supervisor. She said she would not except money orders because they come through the mail.I have never heard of they will not except money orders or my payment. Never will recommend them to anyone .

  The woman, Stephanie, is extraordinarily rude. Upon my financing contract being bought out by this pitiful company, she chose to speak to me as if I were a 3yo. She needs to learn when someone is simply trying to make a payment to keep her mouth shut and take the money. If I could give 0 stars I would. It is almost better to let your car get repossessed if this company buys your loan.

  Very unprofessional company. Report to BBB. I have been making regular payments on a 2010 Armada SUV since 2020, periodically using a debit card e-check or credit card. Now the company refuses to except credit cards as payment, even when their automated phone message says that they DO honor credit cards. It's very unprofessional to change payment options when a customer has already signed an AGREEMENT for a vehicle loan.

  I paid them 6 months of car payments in advance after my car broke down & was towed away. they assured me they'd be able to recover & not to worry. However after that 6 months all of a sudden my balance just starred rolling again and they pressed me for more money. I refused and now I have an in-debt warrant in Virginia. Why tell me you can recover, not verify if you've recovered, and still try to charge me for your lemon That i no longer have? edit: navy recruits beware. they look for you.

  The representative Stephanie is very unprofessional. Customer service skills are nonexistent as I have spoken with multiple times. Spoke with her first thing in the morning when they opened up and she had an attitude at 9am. I can understand possibly having an attitude by the afternoon if you dealt with a couple of difficult customers, but not first thinga in the morning. She is clearly a miserable soul who should not represent this company or any company and honestly should lose her job. She is disrespectful and I would tell others to get a loan elsewhere. However, I will say the other two males there have been very nice to work with.

  Stay away from these people!! They will be nice and everything to get you to sign with them. Once you sign it’s over, doesn’t matter if you make your payment on time or doing the right thing. The minute you have one bad month or anything that happens that keep you from making your payment. (COVID) They will call you like a debt collector and god forbid you lose your car through repo. They will sell your car and garnished the rest without you knowing!

  The absolute worst company I've ever dealt with. For the past 4 years they have been nothing but horrible. They never returned phone calls never emailed me back. Constantly lying about email or phone calls never made. I caught their agent in lies all the time. Scott is the most unprofessional of all. I refinanced my car through this company and he REFUSED to give me loan details until I paid him $400.. which is against the law... I would never refer anyone to this company.

  Great place for those like me with not so hot credit. These guys were very friendly and respectful always when on the phone. Anytime I had questions or concerns always quick with response. From brand new financing through the total loss and payoff for my vehicle Excellent company would highly recommend to anyone. Robin b

  They are the best. They help us finance 2 cars and I can't wait to finance another one with them. When we need help with our payments they where their to help us out. Great people to work with. They did a good job on reporting our credit to the bureaus. They sent us out our letter every year to show us what our pay off was and it showed us our balance.

  My wife and I failed on some hard times for the month of February. She called to make arrangements to pay a half of payment and would double up on it the next pay. Well never the less we couldn't at the time and wanted to make another half of payment. Stacy says to my wife, WHAT YOU DIDN'T GET A CHECK? My wife was trying to tell her why we wouldn't be able to make a full payment, and her response was well your payments would be two months behind and your car might get repo'd . ( we are not two months behind) At this time my wife was heated, but kept her cool. She took the payment and my wife said thank you. She called back to speak to Stacy's mgr. and got Scott, who was evening worse than Stacy! Before she could tell him why she was calling in he started the conversation by telling my wife we need to get a pay day loan. (WHO DOES THAT). At this time I wanted to take the phone and have a conversation of my own with him, but my wife wouldn't let me. They're rude and very unprofessional. Our car will be paid for in December and I can hardly wait. I wouldn't recommend this company to my enemies. My wife said we have to pray for them , she's a much better person than me!
