  Received a letter in the mail claiming to be able to lower my payment without increasing loan balance - I was skeptical. I called the number and the representative I spoke with was very knowledgeable and explained the programs and rates to me. A few weeks later, my interest rate and payment are lower and I didn't increase my loan balance at all! I look forward to refinancing with these guys again down the road.   My husband and I recently refinanced through Atlantic Mortgage and Funding Inc. We were not looking to refinance because we did not want to add to the principal of our loan. Mr Timothy Brock Davidson explained to me that we could refinance without it costing us anything or adding to the principal of our loan. I was skeptical at first but he was patience with me and took me to the VA website and explained the process to me. After investigating Atlantic Mortgage I called him back and he walked me through the whole process. He was very professional and anytime I called him he answered or called me back immediately. He did not try to pressure me. I would do it again in the future if the rates drop again.

  This is the second refinance loan I closed using Atlantic Mortgage and Funding within the last 6 months. The first began with a letter I received from Stephen Ryan enticing me to use the IRRRL Program which lowered my V.A. mortgage rate 3/4%. Everything was spot on and the savings was immediate. I did have a few questions along the way which he promptly answered in an email and with a follow up phone call. The process was painless as far as I'm concerned. Of course I had to send the typical proof of income, funds, ...etc, but that has to be expected when you're asking someone to lend you a boatload of money! Never ONCE did I feel like I was being pressured into anything. There was no 'high pressured sales pitch' or dishonesty at all. As a matter of fact I found them to be very honest and trustworthy. The second time was because Mr. Ryan reached out to me to let me know the rates dropped again and he was able to reduce my loan another 1/4%. The only "fees" involved were the V.A.'S. The rest of the closing costs was the interest on the loan until my new first payment, which nobody is going to escape! I'm very pleased with this company and would not hesitate to use them again.

  The refinance was very smooth. The quoted rate came through. No issues. I came across Atlantic from a newspaper ad showing a very low refinance rate. I had been through a refinance once before so I knew where the hang ups might be...especially with the promised rate. Additionally, there are a lot of horror stories online about refinancing, but everyone at Atlantic was extremely easy to work with and delivered as promised. I'm saving about $300 per month on my mortgage payment. Not everyone will qualify for a refinance, but if Atlantic can help, they will.

  I started working with Joseph Bell on a VA streamline refi in late 2015. Although I had a decent 4% rate, Atlantic offered 3.75% with no increase in balance which could be significant on a fairly high mortgage. Leery but curious how/if they could actually do it, went with it. Still expected a big surprise at closing but all went smoothly. Top it off, few weeks later, Joseph called to inform me rates dropped again and I could go to 3.25% in same fashion. So in a matter of three months, I refinanced twice with absolutely no cost, made only one payment (because I wanted, not that it was due), banked and saved a good deal of money that my budget is still benefiting from, and my mortgage balance actually DROPPED! It was amazing, but true and still wondering how they did it! Veterans do have benefits and it also helps to be blessed!
