  Scott Brown and Ronnie Collins were great to work with. Whenever I had a question they answered it regardless of the time or day. Locked in my rate at good time before the rates when crazy during COVID-19. Appreciate your work.

  James was fantastic from start to finish. Throughout the process, he took the time to answer all questions no matter what he had going on or the time of day.   Sadly my experience was anything BUT joyous. This was my FIRST home buying experience and it was horrible from start to finish. The entire process was horrible and very UNPROFESSIONAL. The agent who helped with my loan agreement , asked for paperwork at the LAST minute EVERY TIME leaving me to rush to get the documents. The day of my closing was the absolute WORSE experience of my life. My closing was set at 10am I waited in the clubhouse for EIGHT HOURS waiting for the closing to take place;mine you i was running on 1 hour of sleep because I worked the day of. The closing DIDN'T take place the day it was suppose because paperwork that didn't clear such as the appraisal of the property that was suppose to returned DAYS before!!!! The closing took place the next day.. after i had to wait serval HOURS again and the paperwork on their end still wasn't complete !!! I wish could’ve back out of the deal but i was told i couldn't!!! THE WORST FIRST HOME BUYING EXPERIENCE THANK YOU FOR RUINING SOMETHING THAT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE SPECIAL!!!

  My husband and I could not have asked for a better lender during this journey. Micheal Oaks and his team really did wonders for our family to get everything done on time. All of this went on while going into labor with our first child and managing the first weeks with a newborn. Phenomenal!
