  Great great great service! The owner not only was courteous and kind but talked to me like a person and not a customer. Got a loan to help with a trip and pretty much got the dollar amount i was requesting. Very clean inside as well and beautiful jewelry in the show cases to boot. Will definetly be doing business with them again. Thanks guys! 😎

  Don't have enough great things to say about VB P&J!! After a frustrating morning running around Hampton Roads on a Sunday morning looking for the few websites as being open on Sunday, I was lucky the popped up in my search. The first business wasn't even open on Sunday as they advertise, or need to update their info. Another was open but informed me their location did not do loans except for only a small type of items. At this point was considering just going to a national chain. But tried one more time, and the third time was the charm. Arrived as other's have said store is clean and presentable. Customers helped promptly. They gave me the loan amount that fit my needs, and made the payment info easy to understand for complete item retrieval or loan extension. To sum up very pleased with service and plan to do business with them in future .

  Because I love to procrastinate, I spent the better portion of the week before Christmas scrambling around town trying to find the perfect gift for my fiancée. I tried several stores in the mall, but never really loved anything I saw. I saw Virginia Beach Pawn and Jewelry, and decided to give it a shot. I was blown away by the selection they had, and I was able to purchase 2 pieces of jewelry for the price of 1 compared to those jewelry stores in the mall. I don't usually go online to write reviews, but this time I felt compelled to. I want to thank the two gentlemen that helped me out with my purchases. I will definitely return here the next time I need some jewelry! 5 Stars.

  Last month, I was looking for a unique bluetooth speaker and I was driving in the Lynnhaven Mall area. I saw this place, I thought, I should see if they have any. There was a hesitation in my movement there bc this was out of my norm bc I am not a pawn shop kind of person. I order everything online or buy from a known store, but so far I had not seen anything that interest me in stores or online. I stop in to see what they had a wonderful woman Sara come to assist me when I walked in. I was certain they didn't have anything, I was interested in. She shows me this unique see-through bluetooth speaker. I was instantly interested bc of that reason. I asked her a few questions about the design/features and she answered them throughly. She let me try it out. When the sound come out, I immediately asked her who makes this speaker(I guess that should've been one of my first questions lol). She said Harmon Kardon if you know anything about speakers HK is one of the best speaker makers in world. Idk they even made bluetooth speakers. Every online site or in-stores didn't have this brand to offer nor did it come up on my youtube research. She sense, I was very interested so she told me a price that I would've been a fool not to take. Lol I'm very please with it. I would definitely go back and purchase something from her and recommend anyone else to as well. Glad, I trusted my instincts and went in.

  This store is great. The employees had such great customer services and they knew about all of their jewelry whenever I had a question. I would recommend this pawn shop / jewelry store to anyone!
