  Kristen was awesome! She was prompt in answering questions and giving information in laymen's terms which I was able to understand. We closed in 3 weeks, which is super fast! Her directions were clear and easy to follow, which helped us close very fast. Most of the forms I could sign forms electronically, which made completing necessary documentation super easy and fast. I would highly recommend this mortgage company!

  It was really easy to sign and upload documents with the client portal. All questions got answered quickly and John always answered or returned calls quickly. This is our second mortgage experience and would definitely return again if needed.

  Rose at the Clarkston location did an outstanding job when helping us with our loan. She made it a point to let us know she was available at any time if we had any questions and was always quick with feedback and keeping us informed with what to expect next. We closed ahead of schedule because she was so attentive to all of our paperwork and letting us know upfront everything we needed then had it all submitted within minutes of us sending it to her. I am very confident in referring Rose to my friends and family to help them with purchasing a loan.

  In my specific scenario, there was nothing easy or fun about the process. In most cases, I may have given up. But because of the team that was working on everything in the the background, to include Amanda and Jamie; we stuck with it and we ended up in a home that our family loves. I would highly recommend this mortgage company to anyone because I know first hand they are going to work tirelessly to ensure the customers needs are being satisfied.
