  Auto Equity Loans has the best customer service and a fantastic staff. The loan officers are very professional and informative. They helped me get out of a bind and set up a flexible and affordable loan and payment plan with the the lowest interest available. I am grateful for the help of the staff members and the courtesy and respect given as a new client.

  I shopped around a few different title loan companies before stumbling upon Auto Equity Loans at the Scottsdale location. After speaking with Racheal and Natasha I immediately felt more confident and comfortable about taking out a loan on my vehicle. Both girls are highly knowledgable and always provide excellent service. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you for your great services!

  They really deserve no star! This company is full of tricks and lies. They change their policy based upon your loan and recovery company that they may have to use if you miss a payment. And when you call the corporate office in Delaware straighten things out they will give you the run arounds and might just hang up in face when they're caught in thier lies

  I was rudely disrespected by the staff there. The employee overcharge my account and charge me a late fee. I try to reach out to the manager they hung up on me several times.. I had a horrible experience just be aware of their tricky tactics a lot of the staff are on educated

  Come to Better Title Loans if you want a good team behind your quick loan. It's fast cash when you need it, but remember its expensive for the speed at which you get it.
