  They don't buy gold or silver jewelry on Sundays. The two stars are because I called ahead to make sure you offer jewelry buying services. I even asked if you prefer I drop off my items as to not rush you in your sorting and pricing process and come back at a later time. You said no problem. I arrived early Sunday and was told that you cannot purchase my jewelry on Sundays. That you can only purchase my jewelry Monday thru Saturday. You didn't even look at what I had. You should have told me that on the phone when I called ahead.

  We do buy GOLD and SILVER jewelry on Sunday! Definitely don’t take 5lbs of costume Jewelry that you brought in from the thrift store you work at.. What we don’t do is put jewelry out for sale on Sunday’s because it’s a short day and it takes time to put it all out in the cases… 2 stars for that is an Insult & for that reason you can take your business somewhere else..

  Went to Value Pawn to sell some items, they offered me $20 for two of the items. Went to ATM for a second opinion and they bought it all for $250. Would definitely recommend buying or selling here.

  Very nice place and all my questions were answered and didn’t feel like a bother like some other shops I’ve been too. Will definitely be popping in here and there when I got the time.

  Not very impressed after my first and last experience with this business. I went solely based on the reviews listed on google however I am beginning to question the legitimacy of those after my visit. I went in with a clean, well dressed appearanceand and polite demeanor. I want welcomed or greeted. No offer to assist or answer questions. I was curious about getting a loan with about $1,000 in collateral and was only looking to get about 50% of the items values. I was kind of offended when I was told by the guy working the counter that when I said I would definitely be returning to pick up my items and his response was “yeah everyone says that”. I doubt “everyone” sits there wanting to get full details of the loan so they can repay it. Most people probably grab the cash and run and never look back. I was interested in using the business for legitimate means and was made to feel like a criminal for doing so. I went to another pawn business that same day and got the loan amount I was looking for and got better customer service and wasn’t made to feel like I was doing something wrong or I was like “everyone else” that frequents their establishment. I hope others have a better experience. Maybe I just went on an “off” day or something. But will not be visiting this business again.

  Sorry about your issue, but for that reason 1⭐️Star is a bit harsh. Pawnshops never give half of the value of an item on a collateral loan & If the pawnshop does that it lessons the chance of the customer picking up the items pawned. We want customers to pick up their items & that’s the reason we never give half of the value of what the items worth on a loan. It lessons the percentage of them retaining there items. Reality is the people that say they will be back for it, never come back half the time. If those items pawned are left with us we have to sell them & if they don’t sell in the shop you have to sell them online.. 50% turns into 30% profit & it’s just not worth it on our end. You have online seller fees, shipping & all business expenses. Sorry for your experience again. We strive to please/help people the best we can, but we all know that you can’t make everyone happy.. We can’t just give people what they want for their items on their word that they are coming back. Their is a formula that takes place to determine the loan amount..7yrs in business & never anything under 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ speaks for itself.

  After visiting multiple pawn shops in the area and being lowballed at each and every one of them I found ATM jewelry and pawn. I had no issue getting the loan amount I was requesting and the process was very quick. Unfortunately I had a few tough months and couldn't even pay my phone bill so I just assumed that I had lost my items when I couldn't pay the monthly interest. To my amazement I received a message on Facebook messenger from Paul who let me know that I was past due but I can still get my items back if I wanted them. This man tracked me down on Facebook!! If that doesn't tell you everything you need to know about the integrity of the shop owner then you do not know what integrity is. It's hard to find these days and I highly suggest you step through the door of this business if you need the services of a pawn shop in the Palm Bay area

  I went to ATM to sell some silver after being at a couple other local pawn shops. They were very fair in their offer, were upfront and reasonable with me. Not to mention professional. I will never go anywhere else.

  Hands down the best pawn shop in the area. Generous on pawn loans from my experience. Diverse inventory of QUALITY items and friendly staff. Would do buisness again!

  I was curious to see what the store had to offer but they decided to lock the door before 3 . The store hours are posted on the door for 3:30 closing. I recommend changing the sticker if your hours are not what's posted on the door.

  We close @ 3:00pm on Sunday’s & you came in at 2:58.. Sorry hours are posted online everywhere.. You also came to Pawn something which takes time to look up.. The Computers were already shut down, because it’s time to close & spend time with family on a Sunday..1 star is a harsh review for that reason!!! Can’t make everyone happy..🤷🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️
