  Unfortunately the only Atlantic Union Bank in Deep Creek is the only branch I can get to after work before they all close. The tellers are friendly but incredibly slow. The drive thru lane is usually wrapped around the bank and you have to plan on waiting at least 15 minutes if you’re lucky. I’ve previously banked at other branches and they are slow as well but nothing like thIs one. I have an account that I no longer even use due to the inconvenience but I still have to make a deposit for a family member every Friday and I dread it. Try to avoid using Atlantic Union Bank at all if possible but definitely not the one in Deep Creek.

  Slowest bank I have ever been too, any time you come it’s so slow like pain staking slow 30 mins in drive thru still haven’t moved a inch. And definitely they need to add more people to the branch

  It's nearly impossible for people that work 9-5 Mon-Fri to go to this bank if needed. It would be convenient if they either opened an hour earlier or closed at a later time. But other than that, no problems.

  Decent bank but for some reason they don't have quarters. Yeah a bank that doesnt have quarters.. thats what the teller (black lady) told a friend of mine when he tried to exchange his cash for quarters so he could wash his clothes. He just went to the food lion across the street. It never ceases to amaze me how discriminatory people can be. Especially against those thay look like them.

  Staff is very professional. However hours of operation are very difficult. As are matter of fact impossible for a person working full time to go to bank.
