  DO NOT BANK WITH THEM!!!! I signed up to be able to overdraft my account. I recieve direct deposit and always pay back what I owe within 1 week - even though they charged me 4x for a overdraft fee. (Which is also BS) I tried to overdraft my account because I was out with Covid and really needed the money. They blocked me from being able to overdraft in the middle of a pandemic. I am canceling my account ASAP!

  The wait time is absolutely ridiculous everytime I come here at any given time of the day it's a 30min wait to make a deposit. Friendly yes but the something needs to happen with the speed of service

  Drive thru is closed before 6pm, despite hours posted that this location would be open till 6pm. Individual persons Cannot deposit coins except via a drivethrough with a tray & a person. Must arrive before 5pm. Posted drive through hours are not effective at this time.

I did check on this, and verified that the signage at the branch along with information posted on our website and Google, all show that this location closes at 5pm. At one time, before the pandemic, this location was open until 6pm. Our apologies for any confusion! - Leah

  20 - 30 mins in a drive thru each time I've been here. If a transaction is going to take more than 5 mins, they need to be directed to come into the bank.

We have allowed customers to conduct more complex transactions through the drive-thru as not everyone is comfortable coming into a branch.   I've never really had to review a bank before but I felt the need to with this one. Idk if there's a staffing issue or what but every time I come here I have to wait at least 10 mins in the drive through window before I'm even greeted. Not because there's a line in front of me either.

  I will not recommend this bank to no one very poor customer service I will never go to this bank anymore I will change my bank very soon

  I deposited cash on a Friday around 1 they told me I couldn’t use my money until Monday horrible bank I can’t wait to close my account

If you make a deposit in an Atlantic Union Bank ATM before 4pm on a business day, that deposit will be available to you after 5pm on that same day. If a deposit was made after 4pm on a business day, then it would be available the next business day after 5pm.
