  Only leaving one start because you can’t leave 0. I spoke with an individual less then 10 minutes ago about a transit van. We spoke roughly 4 minutes via the phone discussing the car fax, pricing etc on the van. I told him I would be there shortly to see the van. I drive 10 minutes to West Broad Va Cars. It’s a total of 20 minutes since speaking with whomever. I walk in, look lost for a few minutes. I do see an individual in a office (we make eye contact). He never greets me, ask if I need help etc I was wowed by that. (I’m a RVA business owner and value customer service!!!!!) The salesmen Rashard comes in seems lost for a second. Only to tell me first the individual I spoke with is who is sitting in the office and is the manager that didn’t speak etc (whoa). And the best part of the story haha, that the vehicle was just sold. The salesmen proceeds to tell me the manager who’s managing a very small dealership isn’t aware when vehicles sell lol. And it just sold! I find that hard to believe. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the customer service and communication. The experience here from start to finish was something I’d never allow to happen to a customer of mines. I would not recommend this dealership. Lack of knowledge of operations, communication and quality customer service.

  Check engine light came on within a week of purchasing my vehicle. Was told to go to the ford dealership to have it fixed. I honestly would never purchase a vehicle from neither location again. They only care about getting your money. Save your money and go elsewhere you’ll be better off going to a lot on a corner.

  I had a great experience and recommend everybody to stop by. When I first went there I was very doubtful I could get anything because of my situation and I wasn't aware of my options, but Roman told me we got you we will get you in a car and he was right I got a great car with a great deal the same day I went. My first time ever having a newer car!! Roman, Nick, Andrew, and Mayra worked beyond what any normal car place would have worked for, and they are truly a blessing and proof God works through people. Today has been an amazing day for me thanks to the team. The car also came with great features/benifits I never expected it would've had. They are down to earth and so relaxing to talk to, the whole transaction was smooth and a pleasant experience and they were upfront and honest through the whole procedure. After being denied for other things and hearing oh sorry try again at another time, I feel proud and so lucky that someone finally cared enough to keep trying for me. I love my new car "Uni", thank you so muchguys!!!

  I really would recommend Va Cars on West Broad. Sean was the best sales person. Friendly and he got me the best deal with the help of his coworker Nick. They are the best and I would highly recommend them.

  Mel was AMAZING! I was unsure and on the edge about buying a car. I went to see him a few months prior to my car purchase and he helped me find a car then. Unfortunately i was scared and not feeling confident enough so i left. He kept in contact with me and when i was ready to finally purchase a car he made sure it was the perfect car for me! I highly recommend going to VA cars, but seeing him especially!

  I didn't really believe anyone could get me in a car, but they did. Sean & Nick worked there magic. Editing review: While Sean & Nick did do a good job to get me in a vehicle. I am already having trouble with the vehicle and now they aren't so responsive in regards to trying to fix the issue.

  It's been a month since I got my car from them, Ramon and smokey were completely amazing. Ramon helped me so much and got me the best deal. I couldnt decide and he had patience with me, didnt feel rush. At the end was able to get what I needed. Very grateful to them both
