  Been a customer for a really long time, and this is The Best financial institute that I ever had!!! Celeste is AMAZING and hands down the best personality no matter what the situation her calming spirit always keeps me calm, she has helped me out with loans, my credit card and her expertise my checking account, I love AFFCU and I will never go anywhere else

  I genuinely love this Credit Union because the tellers are friendly and well mannered as well as knowledgeable. You are treated like family and talked to like a human being. They have helped my wife and I with car buying as well as steered us in the right direction for home purchasing as well. Mrs. Kim and Mrs. Debbie are the best.

  I love this bank!!!!!!!!! They help me teach my children about the importance of Financial literature. Between my two children, they have 5 accounts of their own.

  For the most part this a nice bank to do business business with but for the people who dont win 200 hundred dollars debt free there is no summer breeze loan that would help and the changing of of the the rewards progam have also changed and not for the best if your are struggling due to covid 19 you wont be able to make the 1000 direct deposit so you wont get the rewards however it starts May first, so everything done is April I will now miss out on since I fell short by $51 which to me doesnt make since because if it starts in May then this should apply to my June rewards and nor April. I know you couldnt predict this happening, but it really sucks. A nice bank to be a part of and the staff has been very helpful. I have been a member since 2005, but I started utilizing there services since 2012

  Atlantic financial is GREAT! Since I've been with them I have ALWAYS received EXCELLENT customer service inside of the branch, and at the drive thru. The employees are very patient and helpful. I also got approved for a loan with them with a very low APR, considering my score. I was referred to AFFCU by my co worker and I'm SO HAPPY I was referred. I recommend AFFCU as a credit union for anyone!

  I’ve had my account with AFFCU for almost 30 years and I used to love them. Recently, they started billing me fees for using my ATM bank card at various locations where I’ve never been billed before. Gas stations, grocery stores and more. These are the same gas stations and markets I’ve always used. When I call to complain, the response I get is, “well maybe it’s the store billing you.” Uhhh no. I started getting billed when we moved from Hunt Valley. I have the account because of the longevity, but I am seriously contemplating closing it for the dollar here, dollar there fees. Extremely disappointed.

  I've been an AFFCU member for over 40yrs, they are the first financial institution that I made investments other than a regular savings account with. They have always nurtured me matters regarding loans and investments, as well as provided opportunities for family activities. Highly Recommended. By the way; I can't leave out the fact that the Kasasa checking account that provide has offered me some many benefits, and protection from normal checking account fees for many years. Lastly, one of those loans I mention above was my first car loan; which I'm certain had the best interest rate.
