  Worked with Hays on insurance for my truck, apartment and now new puppy. Everywhere i went, a lot of people tried to up sell and weren't completely honest with me when I asked what exactly I was paying for. Hays took the time to explain where every dollar was going and how i could utilize AssuredPartners. Overall, very grateful to have Hays as my agent, but more importantly my friend!

  My family and I are extremly to thankful to have Hays, and AssuredPartners, as our insurance agent. When we bought our first home, Hays walked us through everything we needed to know and cover. We have some personal family items we wanted to insure and he helped us with everything. When we refinanced our home, Hays made sure our insurance covered the new value. As someone who doesn't work in the business, Hays does an excellent job of making sure you understand the imprtance of insuring the things you care about and doesn't upsell you anything.

  Rude employees and they like to give you the run around when they're client is at fault. Even if they're at fault 100%. They act as if you are beneath them. I cannot even believe they have business
