  Used to be a really great place but now they charge fees for no reason and will move transactions(even date)in order to charge fees. They more recently are doing more sinister things but I won’t give them a heads up on that. I hate that they have come to this because prior to them expanding a few years ago it was a great bank.

  DONT BANK HERE. they decline your card for the ring address but take your money anyways. Then there’s no one to talk to after hours. They’re so called 24 hour teller at the atm is a lie!! They stole $640 from me and Won’t give it back!!!!!

  The bank itself is decent, but the employees are rude. Horrible customer service. I've been in a handful of times when the employees have treated me well, but a majority of the time I've been in there they treat their customer's as if we're a nucieince to them. I will be finding another bank to handle my money. I'm over the rude customer service. Enough is enough... New update 9/17. Go figure the branch responds to people that were wanting a loan, but they don't care about regular customers.

  The Commonwealth Credit Union is fine. However, this branch’s customs service is lacking. The hours of operation for 7/11/20 was scheduled to go until 12:30pm. However, at 12:10pm the branch was already closed. Employees were still inside, but shutdown early for some unknown reason. If your hours of operation say you’re open until 12:30pm then the doors or teller window should remain open until that time.

  I've banked with CCU for 20+ years. They can't be beat. They are the best.

  My local staff are incredibly nice, and treat you like a real person, not just another account, The app works great, being able to do a photo deposit makes life much easier, and unlike most banks around here, there are no monthly account fees.

  Extremely helpful and really friendly. These people adhere to the COVID-19 hygiene rules and make their customers feel very safe and Comfortable.

  I called this morning for a loan status. The lady was not very friendly and didn't really want to help. I had multiple loans everything that I wanted to get done and she seemed as if I was bothering her.

  I'm not a member, but I am with another credit union so free withdrawals from the ATM are nice and the building is easily accessible.

  Absolutely love this credit union! Staff members are Kind, remember names and very helpful. Will be a lifelong member!
