  I cannot praise Jason Hagen enough for the great job he did to help me refinance my home. He secured me a really good interest rate for my loan and I couldn’t believe how smooth and quick the process went which was due to Jason’s diligence and hard work. He was excellent to work with and so easy to reach for any questions I had, he was a huge help to explain information that I was unfamiliar with, and he kept me updated often on how the process was going.   Jason Hagan at MSI Lending of Lexington handled my refinance. Many times I do not do reviews, but I really wanted to share how amazing Jason was during this whole experience. He crossed every “t” and dotted every “i” with a high level of professionalism, but he was incredibly personal, as well. He will make you feel like you are his only client. He was available outside of “normal” M-F, 8-5 business hours because he works hard to get the job done right. The entire process was lightning fast.   We had been in the process of refinancing with Chase bank when we were referred to Jason by a coworker. I’m so glad we decided to end our refinance with the bank and work with Jason. He was always available for our many questions, he got us an unbeatable deal that is almost unheard of, and we closed in just 3 weeks on both our primary and rental property! The service was impeccable and he made sure we knew exactly what to expect and always kept us in the loop. I can’t say enough good things about his services!

  From start to finish Jason Hagen did an amazing job getting me through my home purchase. He worked tirelessly on my behalf and while I know I was not his only client I never felt neglected. He worked magic in getting me closing in less than 30 days. Even when I was turned down for financing at first Jason never gave up. Any and every hurdle we hit he guided me through and not only did I get the house but got a mortgage less than the going rate. Even though we never met face to face Jason treated me just like a close personal friend and I never felt like just a client. Thank Jason for all you did!!
